An Evening of Serious Fun Celebrating the Legacy of Paul Newman

 

This year, Paul Newman would have turned 90. In recognition of his extraordinary spirit and vision, on May 14th at the Dolby Theater in Hollywood, the stars came out for An Evening of SeriousFun Celebrating the Legacy of Paul Newman.

It was definitely an evening of serious fun. The star-studded event featured performances by Carole King, Natalie Cole, Burt Bacharach, BJ Thomas, Jay Leno, Michael Keaton, Jamie Foxx, Renée Zellweger, Danny DeVito, and Angelica Huston. The audience ‘ROARed’ for the kids from the SeriousFun Global Network, who sang in honor of Paul Newman. The group also included kids from The Painted Turtle.

 

Since its inception, SeriousFun camps and programs, like The Painted Turtle have served more than 600,000 children and their family members from its 30 camps in more than 50 countries – always free of charge.
