Fundraising Team

Corporate Relations Coordinator:  Reporting to the Associate Director, Foundation and Corporations, the Corporate Relations Coordinator is responsible for fundraising activities and strategies involved with corporate donors, such as donor research, cultivation and stewardship, employee engagement, and writing grant applications and reports as well as using donor database to enter donor interaction information. In addition, helps oversee volunteer days at camp. He/she will focus on key priority areas and strategies of planning and implementing corporate giving and engagement campaigns. Annual Giving Manager: Reporting to the Director of Development, the Annual Giving Manager is responsible for leading and executing annual fund solicitation mailings, email campaigns, and department-wide stewardship and donor recognition projects. This position works closely with the Director of Development to execute a comprehensive and integrated annual giving program with the goal of exceeding annual revenues and increasing participation, retention, and long-term financial growth of individual donors. Medical Team

Nursing Director:  The Nurse Director will work closely with the Health Center Director and the Medical Director to oversee the nursing program at a medical specialty camp for children with serious medical conditions.  Duties will include assisting in recruitment and training of volunteer and full-time summer nursing staff, supervision of patient care during summer and weekend programs, assist in advisement on medical safety of all camp programs, development and review of camp policies and protocols related to medical care of children at camp and ensuring medical program meets all state and other regulatory standards.   California Nursing License, PALS, ACLS will be required upon hiring.  Contact Michelle Melendez at for more information.
