Meet Julian from The Painted Turtle’s Communications Team! During #CerebralPalsyAwarenessMonth, we were proud to share Julian’s personal journey with CP and how his own diagnosis encouraged him to join the staff to create the joy of possibility for campers much like him.

Camp is specially designed with fully accessible buildings and adaptable program areas, including a pool with a ramp, a ropes course that’s wheelchair-accessible, and boats that can be operating using a hand crank. There are no stairs, making it easy to traverse the grounds using a wheelchair or assistive device. This ensures that campers with any form of cerebral palsy can enjoy every activity, no matter the severity of their diagnosis. The Painted Turtle is proud to serve this population of campers!
