The Painted Turtle is located on 173 acres in the Angeles National Forest in the town of Lake Hughes, CA. The altitude of the camp is 3,250 ft.

All our camp recreational facilities are universally accessible to campers with disabilities and are used year-round.
Camp Activities
At The Painted Turtle, every aspect of the adaptive programming—from a wheelchair-friendly ropes course to exceptional on-site medical care—is designed to allow all campers to fully participate in activities.
